4200kw auxiliary shaft hoist

China Coal Group Yihua Mining -- Yihua Mining auxiliary shaft hoisting system presented certain technical challenge. The diameter of the roller is as large as 5m and the balance weight alone weighs 80 tons. The two deck cage, load, steel wires, and other components add addition weight. The inertia in this case is therefore very high. Hiconics provided a 4200kw four quadrant synchronous vector control VFD. After being put into operation, it was able to meet all of the technical requirements of not only the project but also has set the national standard for similar applications.
