Hancheng Mining Bureau Sangshuping Coal – Wire rope belt drives require large amounts of energy form the master system. The belt can easily become slack, shortening its lifespan, and in some cases slip off the track. A Hiconics MV VFD can automatically adjust the tension of the two traction wire ropes, whilst keeping a power balance between the two motors. When the belt moves downward and the system produces negative force, the VFD uses its energy regenerative function to generate power back into the grid.
